Milbet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended until documentation is provided. Any winnings accrued during a period when age could not be confirmed may be voided.
If Milbet discovers that a user under the age of 18 has opened an account, that account will be immediately closed, all deposits returned, and any winnings forfeited. Milbet takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously.

Deposits must come from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the Milbet account holder — are not accepted and will be returned. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party sources may result in account suspension.
Milbet does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment service provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.
Milbet processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.

Milbet's target for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is under 10 minutes from request approval. This is the platform-wide average including nights and weekends, not just during peak staffing hours. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond 30 minutes without explanation, contact support immediately.
Milbet offers a range of bonuses including a welcome deposit match, VIP Club cashback, referral bonuses and periodic promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and in the specific bonus description at the time of claiming.
New Milbet members are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 20,000. The minimum qualifying first deposit is Rs 200. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 30 days of claiming. The referral bonus of Rs 500 per qualifying referral is credited as real balance with no wagering requirement. A qualifying referral requires the referred friend to be a new Milbet account holder who registers via your personal referral link and makes a first deposit of at least Rs 200. Attempts to generate fake or duplicate referrals violate these terms and will result in account suspension.
Cricket betting and all other sports wagering on Milbet is subject to the following rules. By placing a bet you confirm you have read and accept these terms.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. Milbet does not guarantee any odds and reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the agreed odds are locked in. If there is a technical failure during bet placement, Milbet will make a reasonable determination based on available evidence and inform you of the outcome.
Milbet imposes maximum stake and payout limits that vary by market type, event and member VIP tier. These limits are displayed at bet placement. Milbet reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes on any market at any time, including reducing limits for members who consistently beat market prices at a level that suggests professional or systematic betting activity.
If odds are displayed due to a technical error at a price that is clearly incorrect (for example, a heavy favourite priced at 50/1 due to a display fault), Milbet reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds even after settlement. Members will be notified and stakes returned in full.
Milbet's casino games — including slots, jackpot slots and fishing games — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by licensed game suppliers. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available in the game information section within each title. Actual results for any individual session will vary from the stated RTP, which represents a theoretical long-run average across millions of game rounds.
In the event of a game malfunction — disconnection, display error, software crash — the round in question is voided and your stake is returned. Milbet will not pay out winnings from a round that could not be completed and recorded correctly on the server side. If a disconnection occurs at your end (poor internet, power cut etc.) and the server records a complete round result, that result stands.
Jackpot slot prizes are calculated server-side and communicated to you at the point of win. The jackpot amount displayed in-game is updated in real time but may lag by a few seconds — the server-recorded amount at the point of win is the binding figure.
